We are committed to delivering services with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. However, due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy once the project or service has been delivered in full or marked as complete.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that all payments made towards the following services are non-refundable once work has commenced and/or been completed:

  • Research Proposal Writing

  • Research Paper Writing

  • Book Chapter Writing

  • Synopsis Writing

  • Thesis Writing

  • Research Implementation

  • Journal Publication Support

  • Any customized academic or research work

Due to the time, resources, and intellectual effort involved, no refunds will be issued after the delivery of the service or project milestone.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a service before work has begun. If no resources or time have been allocated, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion, after deducting administrative charges. However, once any part of the work has started, cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Revision Requests

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer reasonable revisions aligned with the original order scope. Revisions are not considered grounds for a refund. If major changes are requested beyond the original instructions, they may be subject to additional charges.

4. Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. We will review your concern and may offer revisions or clarifications as applicable. Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, altered university guidelines, or missed deadlines not communicated in advance.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake (after verification)

  • Non-delivery of service due to unforeseen technical issues (with proof and subject to review)
